Excellent contract opportunity for a Corporate Actions Manager to join a global leader in their Glasgow city centre offices. Predominantly serving retail clients you'll get involved across the full end to end corporate action function - from event capture, client notification and entitlements.
Must have skills/experience includes:-
- experience of leading and managing others. You will be acting as a focal point for client liaison when required so strong interpersonal skills allied to outstanding technical knowledge are expected.
- previous experience in a high risk/fast paced corporate actions/investments environment
- ideally Degree qualified
- understanding of various investment products/services eg stock splits, M&A activity, rights issues etc;
- reconciliation work, and transaction and process analysis.
