PPI REGULATED COMPLAINTS MANAGER - based in Bristol
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading investment bank who have an urgent requirement for a Regulated Complaints Manager.
The successful Regulated Complaints Manager will mainly be involved with effectively investigating and providing a full and final response on complaints received primarily regarding the potential MIS-sale of Pension, Protection, Investment (PPI) and General Insurance products.
Ideally the successful will have the following skill/experience:
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services/industry/products/regulation (PPI)
- A full CeFA qualification or equivalent is desirable (eg. FPC)
- The job holder is required to maintain standards in accordance with RSC's Accreditation Scheme
- An in depth knowledge of Financial Services Authority complaint handling regulations and complaint handling requirements.

Day rates in the region of £230 - £250 starting ASAP!
