Description:
The Infrastructure Operations consultant is a key player, with strong technology experience and with service oriented acumen, able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment.
The successful candidate for this position will have the following experiences and expertise:
* Broad technical expertise for the enterprise deployment of server hardware, server operating systems and storage technologies (Wintel, VMWare, SAN, AS400, IP MPLS, SOA, Citrix, Oracle/SQL Server).
* Leadership in ITSM organization.
* Senior experience with solid/proven track record in Data Center production operations.
* Complex mutli-cultural, Matrix environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Six Sigma experience.
* ITIL certification.
* Service CMDB experience welcome.
* Strong Organization and communication Skills.
