Senior Business Analyst - Banking - product launch
A leading Retail Bank based in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
The purpose of the role is to launch of new banking products (savings, current accounts, credit cards, etc).
Key responsibilities will include:
Work with key stakeholders (Proposition, Products, IT, Risk, Legal, etc) to take product and proposition initiatives from concept to delivery.
Identify and document scope and requirements
Analyse options to meet the requirements and make recommendations on the approach.
Create and manage work packages, including plans, status reporting, RAID management.
Lead regular and ad hoc meetings associated with the work packages.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
Project Management
Analytical Skills
Communication Skills
Self Work/Organisation
Banking sector experience, specifically Private Banking and Wealth Management
Experience of product launches, particularly banking/savings products
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
