(CSOC) Customer Side of Change Business Analyst/Project Manager/Delivery Manager - Bristol - Banking - circa £400
A leading retail bank requires a Customer Side of Change Business Analyst/Project Manager to work on a large scale change and delivery programme.
Working in the CSOC team you will ensure the customer experience is at the centre of the change. You will primarily be accountable for identifying, assessing and managing the impact of change on the bank's customers.
The key deliverables for this role are:
Impact assessment
Delivering CSOC methodology across the projects
Support customer communication workstream lead
Collating weekly reports
Updating and maintain customer journey maps
Tracking and managing the customer management information
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the detail focus of a Business Analyst- looking at the detail and providing high level analysis. Project Management qualities are also required to keep the project running according to the agreed timescales and to push back on the stakeholders when required.
In addition you should be able to demonstrate the following skills/abilities-
