For one of our client we are looking for the following profile:
We are looking for a person able to work in a diverse team, with international presence.
The candidate shall show excellent communication abilities and the skills to understand partner requirements and objectives. This person must be available to make international business trips throughout the project.
Location: Barcelona (mandatory)
Profile:
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- Work with little to no supervision
- Skills to coordinate audio and face to face meetings
- Have the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Management abilities and communication with several development teams including our company, other group companies and 3rd party teams
- Good knowledge of the IEEE 802.11 (WiFi) standard and previous experience with network driver development
- Skills to understand the QA procedures and agile methodologies to be applied in all the activities.
- Availability to travel
REQUIREMENTS TO BE FULFILLED BY THE CANDIDATE
- Computer Science (or similar) degree.
- Experience in product deployment will be appreciated
- Technical Competencies
- Experience in Embedded Software Engineering
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Wi-FI standard (802.11)
- Experience with Network driver development
- Experience with Linux Wifi drivers
- Experience with Windows Wifi drivers
- IT knowledge
Basic Office and project plan tools
C/C++ Programming
Kernel Programming
Languages skills
English: Strong skills, spoken and written on a business level. Both writing and speaking in English will be needed on an ongoing basis
Spanish: Successful candidates with the ability to also speak Spanish will be shown preference
