Description
We are delighted to be working with one of the worlds leading Intergrated Energy companies. We are assisting our client recruit a Petrophysicist for an initially 3 month contract based in Aberdeen.
Our client requires a petrophysicist to carry out business-critical well analysis.
Specific activities to include:
- Review of log analysis of all pre-existing Ensign wells with the aim to familiarisation of all petrophysical parameters used in Ensign and the Rotliegend in general.
- Discuss with SNS SE-core team various details related to the log analysis
- Support drilling operations with petrophysical analysis as required
- Be available for ad hoc out-of-hours petrophysical analysis
- Produce CPI logs for the EC well
- Operate the petrophysical analysis software Geolog and load data into Petrel
- Liaise with the SNS team as and when required
Review Petrophysics of other SNS operated field and produce fully documented petrophysical analysis, as time permits, given the Ensign priority.
