Description
Our ICT department is currently working on a project to improve the quality of the ICT product & service catalogue in SAP by introducing a more detailed product life cycle management process.
In this context, we are looking for an external resource to create two specific deliverables:
Create an upload file to indicate what services can be offered on what products.
This requires:
Aligning with the different delivery domain managers and team leaders (~10-20 people responsible for different delivery domains). The list of products and the list of services exist and can be provided. But the link between both products and services (which service can be delivered on which product) needs to be validated/updated with information of our delivery unit managers. To do this an approach has to be defined and one or more iterations have to be run, interviewing each delivery unit manager about their domain.
Structuring the results into an upload file according to the requirements of our SAP system.
Create one or more processes to keep the above data up-to-date:
Define use cases
Define actors and R&R
Document the above (Work Instructions)
Get approval
Profile
Result driver/well structured
Good contact and negotiation skills
Good notions of a service delivery organisation
Language: Dutch and French or English
Tooling: Word, Excel, Visio
Languages: NL and/or FR + EN
