Interim Assistant Director - Adult Services
My leading Local Authority is currently looking for an Interim Assistant Director for Adult Social Care. The opportunity is offered on an initial 3 month contract and is based in Yorkshire. You will play a major part in the progression of their transformation agenda, therefore it is a requirement that you have experience of the national Personalisation agenda set out in 'Putting People First'.
It is essential that the successful candidate has the following experience;
-Working within a local authority as a Assistant Director previously (either permanent or on an interim basis),
-Adult Social Care background - understanding the policies and procedures around this area,
-Transformation agenda - personalisation (putting people first, supporting people etc),
-Proven track record of transformational change within Adult services.
