Description
My investment bank client is looking for an experienced Cisco qualified contact centre engineer to provide design and implementation for expansion of their contact centre. You will need 5+ years of experience in design and implementation of Cisco infrastructure. CCNP, CCDP or CCVP certifications would be advantageous.The successful Candidate will likely have Financial Services/Banking or Insurance industry experience and have worked on large Network infrastructures. This is an immediate requirement for a 6 month contract, and it could lead on to more project work.

- Contact centre expansion design and implement experience
- Design and operational support of LAN, VPN, and Cisco VOIP
- Experience of developing and supporting contact centre infrastructure (CUCM/UCCE)
- Cisco IPCC migration experience
- Experience in the management of large WAN & LAN environments
- CCNP, CCDP or CCVP will be a bonus.
