Portland Resourcing is currently seeking an SAP Service Manager for a leading manufacturing company based in the Finland
Our clients main usages areas of SAP are FI/CO, HR, and Order fulfil, Procurement and Treasury. The role includes leading a team ~5 people conducting service management and SAP Basis support.
Service Manager will act on behalf of client in all matters relating to perform the Service Management role.
Language: Good knowledge in English, both spoken & written. Valued but not a mandatory: Finish, Swedish and German.
Location of the position: Espoo, Finland
Key Skills
Main Responsibilities and qualifications:
Ensure the Service is stable and available to the Businesses
Operate within support agreed Service Level Agreements
Manage review meetings and report target results to the Businesses
Liaise with Internal/External teams to ensure efficient ways of working and cooperation
Experience of presenting and negotiating with all levels within an organisation
Track record for Service Excellence and in achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Well-developed customer relationship skills
People management skills
