Our client has an immediate requirement for a "WebMethods Technical Lead", for an initial 12 month contract in Sydney's CBD.During your tenure, you will be the acting technical SME for WebMethods and lead the support team. Successful candidates will have proven experience in leadership, client engagement and support experience. Accountabilities: Technical lead for WebMethods platform ( One of the largest WebMethods platform in the world )/Need to work technically on WebMethods issues, be the technical SME for WebMethods and lead the WebMethods support team
Customer management/Interact with customer and manage customer expectation
Manage support services for WebMethods platform/meet the KPI's and ensure the KPI's are met/exceeded
Reporting/provide weekly & monthly report
Knowledge management/Ensure team knowledge is measured and address the gaps & improve
Technical lead need to be taking on-call support along with technical team on rotation basis

Required skill set:

SME in WebMethodsExperienceWe are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader with a background in retail to join the WebMethods team.
