Leading finance company is looking for a Software Developer to join their growing team. Reporting to the IT Development Manager the role will be responsible for enhancing and supporting existing lines of business applications. your responsibilities will include the following: Key responsibilities include:
- Development and administration support of existing and new application services
- Conversion of technical and component specifications into physical code
- Supply and maintain appropriate technical and operational system documentation
- General business support including completion of technical procedures, periodic reporting, and application troubleshooting
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience developing enterprise products using ASP.NET, VB.NET, Javascript, and SQLServer 2008
- .NET framework experience across versions
- Minimum 2 years experience support and enhancing existing applications
- Tertiary Qualifications in Computing/IT discipline is essential
The following skills are desirable but not essential to the role:
- Appropriate and recent Microsoft Certifications
- Exposure to working within a formal change management environment
- Experience working with Visual Basic 6, ASP, COM+ and Crystal Reports
- Experience working with Microsoft Team or similar ALM platforms
