SERVICE DESIGN SPECIALIST
My client is one of the largest Broadcasting agencies worldwide, working with huge clients, an innovative, creative and forward thinking organisation.
They are urgently seeking a Service Design Specialist, who will report to the SD & DM, working on designs of new services resulting from projects, ensuring that support models are fully covered and prepared. Also responsible for managing and maintaining the service portfolio, detailed design of support models and creating Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC). Also looking for someone with experience in working closely with stakeholders.
