About
looking for an Operations Engineer to the Network Operations Centre ( NOC) in the field of IP datacom
Will be part of a team of 8 people.
The position is part of shifts
Responsibilities assigned to the position are
- Firewall
- Monitoring
- Terminal -based error correction
- Support for clients
- Maintain quality in the network and keep the number of alarms to a minimum
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Desired skills and personal qualities
- Proven Liability
- Structured and accurate

- Ability to cope with stress
- College education or equivalent years of experience in the field
- Expertise in Cisco PIX and FortiGate Firewall
- The expertise within the DSLAM and ISP services
- Telecom and data expertise and specialization in IP equivalent certification Cisco CCNA-CCIP/Juniper ( Junos)
- Experience in the use of management systems
- Knowledge of ITIL/eTOM process framework
- Security clearance
