Description
On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for Front Office Transport Network Engineers to work on a contract basis in Zurich, Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:
Transport Network Supervision
Problem solving capabilities within transport network
Interaction with Field Services Engineering Team for troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Experience working in a Front Office environment for transport/SDH systems.
Knowledge of SDH management systems and OSS.
Ideally experience with trouble ticket systems (Remedy ideal but others if possible).
Able to do basic troubleshooting on transport systems.
Proactively manage tickets coordinating multiple parties in a timely and professional manner.
Able to coordinate multiple tasks/teams at the same time.
Good communicator in English, German or French would be a plus
Willing to work hard and under time pressure, on call duty might be needed
