Description
We are currently looking for an Online Customer Journey Improvement Lead for an initial 3 month contract (programme to run for 9-12 months) based in East Sussex.
The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Background in Marketing and specifically Online Marketing.
- Online Marketing from a Customer Journey and Customer Experience focused role.
- Strong review and evalustion skills through to design and implementation of improved customer journey for Online Customer retention and new business.
- History of working in the Financial Services or Insurance industry highly beneficial.
- Project management knowledge beneficial (although the role is not requiring a PM by trade).
- Ability to run workshops, and gain buy in from senior stakeholders.
