Role; OSS Integration Program Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months extendable
Job Description:
Skill profile for Program Manager (Automation program):
Certified Program Manager: PgMP certificate from PMI institute or equivalent
Has successfully led at least 1 major oss integration project (pls provide evidence)
Ability to supervise/coordinate multiple (up to 10) parallel sub-projects
Min 3 years relevant experience from previous OSS integration projects
Leadership skills (managing internal and customer team members)
Ability to negotiate and present on CxO-level audience
Mentoring and coaching skills (on-job-training for junior project managers)
Structured, analytic thinker
Experience in creating functional interface specifications
technical negotiation skills
Technical writing and reviewing skills (technical specifications documents)
Proficient in English language
Project context:
part of multi-faceted transformation program in telecommunications company (mobile)
highly visible program with strong management attention on C-level
work with team of other PgM's on-site (collaboration, give/receive collegial advice)
commitment for 6 months local availability in Jakarta/Indonesia
