We are urgently looking for a Linux System Engineer to start a contract ASAP to an Information Company.Start: ASAP
Duration: Assignment of 6 months with the purpose of permanent hire
Location: Namur
Job Description:
You will:
- Be in charge of the analysis, executing, management and support of the Linux Environment and Open-Source tools;
- Analyse and propose solutions, in the respect of the existing situation, technical possibilities and Budget;
- Realize the solution in practice: Coordination, execution, configuration, integration with Management tools, test, and create process and documentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in IT
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar function;
- Good knowledge of Virtualization: VMWare &/or Citrix;
- Very good knowledges of iptables tools, bind, Apache, jboss, ftp;
- Good notions of IT Security;
- Good skills in Storage systems;
- Good skills in Network Administration;
- Notion in Monitoring System;
- Skills in Oracle DB is an asset.
