SOX Assurance Manager - Financial/Regulatory Control
A leading financial services client is currently looking for an experienced SOX Assurance Manager to work within Corporate Treasury and Capital Management.
The role will be responsible for executing SOX and Risk & Capital Assurance responsibilities consisting of reviewing the design/operational effectiveness of the controls environment, performing and documenting appropriate reviews and testing, making recommendations as required to facilitate end of year SOX sign off in relation to group requirements.
As such the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
*Extensive previous audit experience within a Treasury environment
*Preferably ACA (or equivalent) with post qualification experience
*Good understanding of hedge accounting requirements
*Strong previous SOX experience
