Onsite Dedicated Technician:
- Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Performs basic computer hardware and software installations
- Ensures all systems work properly and equipment is packaged and transported correctly
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support (eg service that exceeds response time, repair time, lack of parts, or other issue that may impact customer satisfaction)
- Represents CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates
- Interacts with customer as directed, responding to routine technical questions or request for information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Hardware Tech with A+ and 1-3 years related experience, or AA degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education.
This contract is expected to be 3 months in duration.
