You will have to take the initiative to deliver a number of high value, critical projects within the organisation. Successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the current and future requirements, performing impact assessments, documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, conducting gap analysis, liaising with vendors, internal divisions & senior executives, facilitating workshops with impacted business stakeholders, writing Business Requirements Documents and more. You will be responsible in building and modifying an existing SDM model or assisting with a transformation project, as there are 2 roles available within 2 projects. You must be capable of managing virtual teams of 20 spread across internal divisions.
Successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Solid proven telecom background
- Proven solid experience working as Business Process Analyst in a telecom organisation
- Solid process mapping, process flow documentation, experience in managing virtual teams to get deliverables, experience in managing of stakeholder groups to get results, process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage stakeholder forums, workshops and other face-to-face and remote engagements
- Workshop facilitation experience to create strong business requirements documentation
- Digital knowledge experience, Voice UC exposure
- Understanding of systems/technology necessary to support inputs into technical design process
- Preferably 10+ years of process analysis/BPM skills
