Looking for business analyst with strong design and process improvement skills.
Must have
- Agile experience including use cases and interaction models
- Credit Card or Financial Services experience as a Business design analyst
- Knowledge of Collections/Recovery processes and operations
- Prior experience of working in Barclaycard
- Established BDA with a breadth of experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to travel to Liverpool site as necessary
The candidate should be an experienced, proactive and independent BA with the drive and ability to put into place the changes the business wants to make.
This project is following an Agile approach with iterative delivery every 30 days to develop a new system for Risk Operations (collections, credit limit changes, etc.). The candidate must have prior experience of working in an Agile environment to document use cases and interaction models, in addition to having strong analytical capabilities.
Due to the fast pace of this project they will need to be a self starter with the ability to challenge the business and deal with multiple streams of work at the same time. They must be experienced at managing a variety of stakeholders from senior management to subject matter experts.
