Description
We require a Senior Support Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Dublin.Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years production support experience or similar.
- Security industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts.
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software systems.
- Project management and project life cycle knowledge.
- Solid verbal and written communications skills.
Skills and Knowledge
- 2+ years of UNIX experience.
- 2+ years of WebSphere experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience providing crisis management for major system outages or issues with major business impact.
- Experience navigating system logs, updating configuration files and maintaining monitoring standards.
- Ability to work closely with application developers as well as company internal customers at all levels.
- Ability to use and maintain support tools in UNIX and Windows as necessary.
- Experience conducting application implementation.
