An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Financial Organisation of ours for a Marketing Executive.
The Client is looking for someone who will create, update and deliver compliant marketing material for the all channels and all related marketing services
Ensure current material is regularly audited to ensure still it is still relevant and used, withdrawing/amending items if no longer required - manage the stock control systems for the area
Assist the marketing team members to create compelling and marketing leading plans, propositions and campaigns. For distributors, employers, trustees, scheme members, existing and new customers, industry influencers and key accounts (as relevant to the team scope and priorities)
Publish new and updated communications and information/data (internally and externally) on Prudential's websites and intranets
Contribute to all internal and external publications for all channels
Assist the team in managing and scheduling the workload of the team - produce required resource and priority analysis, reports and management information as required
Deliver all the required external marketing services and support as directed by your line manager
Deliver and manage all required internal processes and information services for the department as directed by the team
Work with all team members and product owners help ensure appropriate levels of product and market knowledge such that Insight can be applied when creating and updating marketing materials
Work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure marketing materials and services are updated in a timely manner, and are relevant and appropriate
Continually improve all internal and external communications, focusing on clarity of tone of voice and simplicity
