Purpose of role:
The senior Purchase to Pay consultant role will design, build and deploy changes to the Client SAP Solution as part of the Functional Delivery Team.
Key Consultant Criteria:
This position is for a very experienced MM consultant. More than 10 years PTP implementation experience, with the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge in all aspects of a SAP implementation and the relationships between each, including: Blueprinting, Design, Technical, Integration, Testing, Migration etc. Specific experience on project implementations and global rollouts as well as data migration.
SAP Functional Experience:
- MM - Configuration Experience.
- Experience with implementation projects/rollouts.
- All round PTP/MM knowledge
1. SAP Procurement and Contract Management - Sourcing
2. PTP Master Data,
3. Consumption Based Planning
4. Inventory Management
5. Logistics Invoice Verification
6. Logistics Execution
7. External Service Management.
8. EDI - Idocs - Vendor Portals eg Quadrem
- Accounts Payable Experience.
- Good documentation/communication skills.
- Converting Business Requirements to detailed Functional Specifications.
- Cross Application Components:
Development - PTP Function Modules, BAPI's, User Exits
SAP Security/Applications Control
PTP Integration Experience:
- FI/CO
- PM and Asset Management
- PM & QM
- SD
- HR
Specific skills/specialities:
Knowledge of PTP business processes in a mining environment would be highly desirable.
The candidate must have experience in working on SAP PTP implementations that required custom enhancements and should be able to provide programmers with functional specifications for such developments. Exposure to the following areas would be an advantage:
- Workflow
- XI integration
- BI reporting
Desirable experience:
- Participation in Global SAP Implementations
