Description:
Provide IT field technician support to client remote locations worldwide. This position is responsible for support of 2000+ users as part of a global organization. Support includes both Apple OSX and Windows 7 based systems
IT Field Tech
Provide ongoing (remote/onsite) technical support & maintenance of production and development systems and configured services running on various platforms operating within defined operating model and processes. Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the Operating System level - across all server and network areas and particular vendors/brands; L1 & 2 troubleshooting.
Additional Details: Technology Architecture None +3 years. of experience in Desktop Deployment 3-5 years. of Apple OSX experience in an enterprise 3-5 years. of Windows Systems Administrator experience
