As a Senior Business Reporting Analyst (Finance), you will be responsible for championing the business within IT and with effectively communicating the needs and current processes to come up with solutions. The Sr. Business Reporting Analyst must be able to communicate equally easily with business owners and users and IT professionals.
You will focus on Oracle v.11 reporting projects leveraging your hands-on experience with OBIEE, PL/SQL, ETL and Datawarehouse. Collaborate with functional and technical resources to identify business requirements, assist with the architecture, design, development, implementation, support, maintenance and future roadmap of the OBI platform at Client. Work directly with internal and external partners in the business to design and deliver BI solutions, utilizing the OBIEE Foundation Suite and Analytics Applications. Must be adept at all stages of the systems development life cycle, including requirements definition, solution design, development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and production support.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a business analysis/Front End reporting role.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a complex Enterprise Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence development environment, including dimensional modelling and Datawarehouse design.
- Minimum 7 years working on reporting implementations of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Editions (OBIEE) and Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIA) solutions integrated with Oracle E-business Suite.
- Expert level (7+ years) experience building OBIEE Analyses, Dashboards, Delivers, & DB Links.
- Oracle OBI-EE Foundation Suite (11.x) with related experience (5+ years) in OBIEE 10x.
- Oracle BI Applications (7.9.6.x)
- Deep expertise with Datawarehouse, Business Intelligence and reporting technologies, like SQL
- Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant software preferred, including Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, Visio, and MS PowerPoint
- Experience working directly with the client or business sponsors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
