Description
Avery Partners is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a Siemens Soarian Clinical implementation project. The Project Manager will manage the rollout of the system to multiple locations, interface with C-Level management team and insure that the project is on-time and on-budget.
Project management skills will include management of multiple projects at various stages of implementation and an understanding of critical task management. Project management of multiple project teams will be required.
Responsibilities may include
- Leadership in the design, build and implementation of clinical information systems across multiple hospitals and clinics and regional health centers
- Ability to maximize financial incentives associated with the compliance requirements of meaningful use
- On-site leadership direction for staff to adopt changes in workflow and processes for CPOE and Clinical
- Serve as Soarian Clinical Subject Manager Expert for educational responsibilities of clinical and IT roles required for implementing a system successfully
- Understanding of standardization of clinical practice in accordance with the evidence and best practices
- Documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Soarian Clinicals Project Management
- Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Siemens Soarian Clinicals for multiple facilities
- Solid understanding of clinical aspects of hospital and physician based business operations
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
