Description
A large Retail organisation is seeking an Interim Shared Services Resourcing Manager to lead on the transition of their Resourcing function into a major Shared Service implementation programme.
You will lead the scoping, implementation and delivery of resourcing activity for current and new ways of working to deliver a high quality service providing the right recruits at the right time and place against Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
- Extensive shared service implementation experience, ideally within the Resourcing function
- Leadership of large operational teams with particular experience in HR Service Centre or Resourcing activity.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
