Overtime: straight time
- Associate's Degree in IT related discipline (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- minimum one year related work experience with the following skills:
. strong background in network, software and hardware troubleshooting and problem solving
. experience with issue management tools (eg Remedy)
. experience with monitoring tools (eg Keynote)
. experience with data analysis/data queries (eg SQL, MBI, etc)
- strong written and verbal communication skills
