Description
We are currently looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst with strong experience in multi-channel retail and ideally a good knowledge on the processes of a high volume transactional environment.You will be working as part of a medium sized team of 10 and reporting directly to the Programme Manager. The main scope of the project is based on a click-to-reserve application on a leading Danish electrical site where you will be expected to write process maps and take an active part in the planning and implementation of functional aspects to the project.
This is largely a non-technical role however experience of working with multichannel platforms is essential as well as a solid understanding of the whole eCommerce process from a customer perspective and the associated Back End systems. Experience directly with hybris is an advantage, however, any background on related platforms such as ATG, Venda, WebSphere...etc will also be considered.
The offering is for an initial 3 - 6 month contract expected to last for between 9 - 12 months. The successful candidate will be expected to be based in Aarhus, Denmark for the duration of the contract; all expenses are included in the daily rate.
