Awesome opportunity for a Cisco Network Engineer to join a dynamic, global company.
You will troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across the enterprise, monitor the network environment, investigation of network system alerts, provide Sniffer capture and decode (perform detailed packet analysis), assist customers both internal and external with connectivity problems, assist with client testing, new implementations, new product access, and Disaster Recovery testing.
This is a contract position in Brookfield, WI. Working knowledge of CheckPoint & Juniper Firewalls is a plus.
Required Experience:
CCNA Certification Required
3 + years of Cisco Engineering experience
Cisco Routers and Switches (configuring and independent troubleshooting)
Visio Diagramming.
Experience with troubleshooting WAN and LAN connectivity issues.
BGP& EIGRP
Knowledge of load balancing concepts.
Excellent commendation skills, well spoken, ability to deal with clients and managers at various levels, work with engineers & vendors.
