Description
For this contract position with a hugely popular computer manufacturing company, you will be part of an Agile development team working on features for a centralized test execution and reporting system to support continuous integration methods. This will be used by multiple groups.
OVERVIEW:
- Work with the System Architect on user stories for the backlog
- Pull down tasks and execute to acceptance criteria
- Script development using test driven methodology where applicable
- Interact with internal customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Experience supporting/creating a Continuous Integration system
- Test Automation and Report Infrastructure
- Java, Perl Python development and debug
- SQL database development
- Windows and Linux Platforms
- Experience creating and testing complex specific to execution infrastructure and reporting
- Experience with standard testing tools (defect management, source code controld, standard Microsoft Office tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Google Charts
- Electric Commander
- C/C++
Estimated length of assignment: Initial 13 weeks w/extensions to 1 year+
Number of positions: 1
Estimated hours per week: 40 hours (standard hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
