As well as their strong SQL Server experience candidates will have a background in heading up the high level technical implementation of in-house developed or packaged solutions. They will need to show a strong depth of classical systems development experience and techniques, knowledge of database structures together with .NET expertise and other relevant programming languages. It is likely that the person will have experience in BI within the financial area. They will also have proven leadership qualities and a consultative demeanour. This is an Agile methods environment.
Here are the main criteria that we are looking for in candidates:
- Strong technical background in SQL Server database development
- Technical leadership ability
- Consultative and advisory team and business skills
- Development experience with the .NET suite
- Package software solution integration experience
- Experience with Financial and Accounting software
- BI experience in the SQL Server within the SSRS, SSAS and SSIS area
- Structured query language experience (T-SQL)
- Experience with Client Server architectures
