A Federal Government Department is seeking qualified and experienced Senior Security Specialist. To work along with the ICT project and technical engineering teams.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing high level of technical and expert advice in relation to the network/data communications and applications
- Report on security related activities
- Assist in the continued departmental security assessment and governance framework
- The ability to liaise with subject experts and provide constructive and objective security advice
The successful applicant will have a combination of the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years experience in the security development and administration
- Have experience in the development of threat and risk assessment (TRA)
- Understanding knowledge of TRIM, MS Office and Visio
- Excellent communications skills
- High performance problem solver
You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the option to extend for a further 2x 12 months. The successful candidate will be offered a generous and rewarding hourly rate plus a very competent and delivery focused team! Send your application quoting reference number YS0038.
