brief project description: The Digital Synthesis/STA Engineer is responsible for the setup and execution of IC level synthesis, timing constraints and STA on moderate to high complexity designs in state of the art submicron CMOS IC technologies.

scope of work: We are looking for a Digital Synthesis/STA Engineer having the following competences/skills:
* More than 5 years experience in IC level synthesis, constraints and STA
* Experience with equivalence checking
* Basic knowledge of digital systems
* Experience in coding with both VHDL and Verilog
* Experience in Scripting, programming TCL and preferably Perl
* Experience with Cadence design environment
* Able to make a clear documentation of designs
* Clear and concise communication
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Team player
* Languages: English, both verbal and in writing.

additional requirements: We preferably are also looking for experience in one or more of the following fields:
* Experience with multi power architecture and CPF
* Experience with Arm Cortex
* Experience with domain specific IP 19s (eg USB, Ethernet)
* Front End RTL/VHDL design and top-level verification
* Experience with linting (eg Spyglass)
