Ihre Aufgaben:
- Participates to all CSO activities related to the study material preparation, as assigned by the Group Leader and/or Clinical Sample Coordinators
- Provides administrative support to CSO site, as appropriate
- Carries out all supply requests related to label printing and material preparation activities for studies/projects according to local rules and applicable SOPs under supervision of the Clinical Sample Coordinator or the Material Supply Group Leader
- Performs quality checks for all labels printed and materials prepared for study sites
- Maintains adequate stocks of commonly used labels and materials
- Provides assistance to the Material Supply Group Leader and Clinical Sample Coordinators and reviews shipments dates to ensure that the material is prepared and that the shipments are organized within agreed timelines
- Liaises with customers and Kits builders as appropriate, to provide status updates on study related activities
- Assists in study initiation and study preparation as well as attends meetings as appropriate
- Ensures labels are prepared and printed according to study requirements
- Prepares material for dispatch according to the study requirements and applicable transport regulations, as appropriate
- Organizes and completes all necessary documents for material shipping
- Liaises with Roche Couriers, Supplies vendors or Roche shipping department when appropriate
- Completes files and archives all relevant study documentation according to the applicable SOPs
- Coordinates efforts with other CSO staff on study related issues
- Provides the Material Supply Group Leader or Local Site Head with regular input on local CSO issues and practices related to material preparation and shipment tracking activities, and collates information as appropriate
- Participates in writing and reviewing of global and local CSO SOPs
- Supports the Material Supply Group Leader or Local Site Head in implementing new CSO systems and SOPs
- Ensures that the sample management database is maintained up to date, in accordance with the completed study activities
