This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to gain experience and develop within a challenging and rewarding environment.
You will provide a customer focused service responding to enquiries and applications from residents regarding the Right to Buy scheme. The aim of this role is to provide a high quality and efficient service and ensure that regulatory requirements are met and timescales and service level agreements adhered to.
Duties will involve acting as a first point of contact for residents, giving relevant and informative advice, process applications within specified timescales, liaise with surveyors, solicitors and internal stakeholders and collate all the necessary information to progress applications.
To succeed in this role you will be highly organised with strong administrative skills, demonstrate a strong customer focus, be an effective communicator and have a methodical approach to your work.
