HR Administrator

My client, a highly established Logistics organisation based in Liverpool has an immediate requirement for a driven and determined interim HR Administrator to join their team on a 9 - 12 Month contract covering Maternity leave.

Working closely with the HR Advisors, the HR Administrator will provide expert all round administration support to the HR function.

As the interim HR Administrator you will be comfortable liaising with staff at all levels and take on some of the following accountabilities:

  • Prepare presentation packs
  • Monitor stock levels of handbooks and pension packs and reordering as appropriate.
  • Assist with on-going HR projects
  • Assist on various aspects within the recruitment cycle
  • Data input onto the Human Resources system as requested
  • Creating and updating database of departmental external contacts.
  • Collating statistical information for the Head of Human Resources on a monthly basis

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to also gain exposure to generalist HR accountabilities and an environment in which will inevitably further develop them as a HR Professional.

As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent MS Office skills and be willing to work extensively on the company's HR IT system. You will consist of at least 2 years' experience working within a similar HR capacity and be CPP qualified or working towards your CIPD.

You will also possess a clean full UK driving license as some ad-hoc travel may be required.
