SQL BI Developer, 12 months Dublin
One of our IT clients is looking to hire the BI SQL Developer contractor for their office in Dublin South.
You will be working as part of a highly skilled global development team. You will perform analysis and design of functional and technical requirements. You will complete application design, code, unit test and integration test tasks adhering to design/development standards within agreed time frames. You will build and maintain reporting SQL Server data marts/SQL Server data warehouses which include tables, views, cubes and dimensions. You will design and build supporting framework for reporting utilizing Microsoft toolset: SQL Server, Analysis, and Reporting Services.
Skills required:
* Application Development experience
* SQL Server design and development
* T-SQL experience, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
* Experience using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services (SSRS)
* Experience in using ETL tools
* Experience of analysis/design
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Good understanding of SDLC methodology
* Experience of working in a team environment
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Good organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
