Our international client is looking for an SAP Organization Change Management/Quality Management Lead to start ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity as this contract will be for a year with a strong possibility of extension in a tax free zone.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Monitor all projects for clear goals, objectives and timelines with measureable milestones consistent with corporate strategy and goals.
Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that project implementation is on target. Maintaining an understanding of important trends and data points in multiple projects, ultimately leading to project ownership and management.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Contributing information and recommendations to project plans and reviews; implementing quality and PMO project standards; resolving change management problems; completing audits; identifying project trends; determining project improvements; and facilitating the implementation of change.
  Ensure the overall project direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion are consistent with PMO strategy, standards, commitments and goals.
Monitor and enforce PMO quality procedures, standards and specifications. Constantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders.
Identify any improvements in existing company processes needed to support project management.
Oversee or participate in the project management process to ensure project technical objectives are aligned with functional requirements and meet PMO project management and quality standards.
Facilitate project reviews of critical/key projects and programs. Perform project audits to determine the assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
Review customer requirements and ensure that they are met; Captures customer satisfaction ratings to success measures identified in the Project Quality Management and records actions for improvement.
Setting standards for quality project delivery; Formal assessment of the quality and integrity of the project deliverables.
Defining quality procedures and ensure their adoption on all projects.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
Prepare the Quality Plan and ensure that it is approved
Define quality goals and quality gates. Prepare the scorecard for the appropriate Quality Gate by indicating the deliverables of the project, according to the project WBS and Project Quality Management Plan
Summarizes the minutes and action items and releases decisions taken for the Quality Gates (CM Coordinator)
Verify that follow-up actions have been taken place provide scorecard to Phase Acceptance and Closure
