Description
A factory worker/production operator is required for a global medical solutions company. The successful candidate will have manufacturing and production experience working in a team environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to strict deadlines.
You will be working in the TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) department. In TLC, silica coated plates are produced which are used in the pharmaceutical industry. The main use for these plates is for the separating and identifying of new compounds.
The job characteristic would be the making and spreading of silica solution onto the plates as well as their further processing. (Cleaning, brushing, cutting, shrink-wrapping). The attention to detail is necessary as the worker is also responsible for the visual inspection of the products.
Knowledge of Oracle PC system would be beneficial but not essential.
