Description
Our client, a large digital broadcaster, are seeking two multiplatform producers to work on a fixed term contract basis initially for 11 months from their West London site. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and producing all digital coverage for a range of either Music shows and events or Books and Talk shows.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and producing digital coverage for a range of shows across channels as part of a broadcast production team
- Preparing, creating and publishing original editorial content, videos and image galleries for shows
- Collaborating with production, marketing, PR, other digital teams and third parties
- Managing, populating and growing presence of the shows on existing and future social media platforms, focusing on talk shows
- Distributing and promoting content across platforms, social destinations, and third parties
- Creating and achieving positive partnerships with third parties
- Taking charge of idea generation and innovation creatively, technically and editorially
- Clearing music and footage rights
- Sourcing and editing still imagery
- Managing traffic and licensing reporting
- An excellent overall experience working on challenging projects in a creative environment
- Experience in directly related digital and production roles
- Experience of working in a digital team in a fast-paced, delivery-focused broadcast environment
- High level of organisational ability, demonstrable experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong time management skills
- Exceptional internal and third party stakeholder relationship skills
- Experienced with both digital and broadcast technology
- A positive, persuasive and composed team player used to working under pressure
- Advanced experience in working with content management systems and on social platforms in a corporate environment
- Excellent and proven writing, subbing and research abilities
- Experienced with related legal guidelines for content use and compliance
- Demonstrable attention to detail with naming conventions, filing, HTML and metadata
- Experience of working with presenting talent, celebrity guests or VIPs in a previous role
- Experience of briefing and managing freelance content contributors
- Clear understanding of the importance of adhering to brand guidelines and house style
- Passionate about digital media, television, and the world of arts and books or music
