Staff Contracts Category Assistant - £200 per day - 12 months

This is a fantastic 12 month contract opportunity to work for a global organisation that is expanding both their contract and permanent staff consistently.

Your role will be to manage the administrative duties of current and new contractors within the business mainly holding the responsibility to conduct contract processing for framework extensions and low value purchasing as assigned. You will be responsible for regular interaction between recruitment agencies on the PSL setting up interviews and communicating with internal hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of documentation relating to framework agreements including review of contract files, both hard copy and electronic, to ensure all documents are backed up and files are correctly and completely executed.
  • Prepares and administers low value purchase orders and contracts.
  • Perform project reporting and miscellaneous administrative duties.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 4 years commercial experience.
  • Predominantly document formulation experience with exposure to Contract Administration preferred.
  • Computer and commercial experience is preferred; with the following academic qualification being advantageous:

Skills

  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with the Microsoft Suite of applications.
  • Knowledge of Maximo Procurement System is an advantage
