Description
My client has an urgent requirement to recruit an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join their team during the busy period between 3-6 months. The role is being recruited for on a perm basis, therefore the temp will have the opportunity to apply for the perm role
Looking for someone to start Mid June for a 4 week handover. After the initial 3 months, there is the possibility to partly WFH (Work from home) however this shall be offered after the initial part of assignment if required.
To manage a team providing expertise in delivering an efficient and responsive estates management service
To manage a team providing advice on all property matters, having regard to relevant legal and financial implications to all client services
Focusing on Management investment ie: shop license etc.
Asset Valuations 50/50 in office and on the road - therefore car driver is essential.
Managing 2 people directly
At least 50% Local government experience
Enhanced CRB required as there may be a time whereby there could be contact with Children or vulnerable adults/or access to personnel social care record/or arranging direct payment.

Experience of Property Surveying and Inspections
