InterMediatE Mediation Expert:
1.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Take in charge the training of current team regarding this mediation product (CSG InterMediatE V6), very good pedagogical and communication skills required
Collect requirements, analyze and implement client Change Request (CR).
Production of Functional and Detailed technical specifications
Perform unit/module testing/Integration tests for CRs.
Support patch application/bug fixing and core testing.
Investigating, troubleshooting and tracking the issues raised by the end user, following the existing Complaint Handling Procedure, and respecting the SLA (Service Level Agreement) conditions.
Correct production and deliveries acceptance defects.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Have sound knowledge on Telecom concepts (Call Collection, Billing, and Orders and offers management,..)
Have a deep technical and functional understanding of Call Collection
Have a complete product knowledge about CSG (Ex INTEC) product InterMediatE V 6.0, must have at least 3 years of experience working with this Product.
At least 8 years of experience in the Telecom industry
Be able to analyze, improve or resolve the bottlenecks in the existing Call collection flows
Be able to improve the performance of the existing Call Collection Flows
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Expertise in CSG (Intec) InterMediatE (V 6.0), InterMediatE GDC Language,
Proficiency in UNIX (Solaris )
Shell Scripting, Python
Oracle (10g, 11g), PL/SQL
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Very Good written and oral communication skills in French (a plus) and English
Very good pedagogical skills, produce Training materials and ensure training sessions
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
