FX Business Knowledge, Processes, Analyse, Billing Systems, Helpdesk, Desktop.
My high profile investment banking client require a technically hands off, process driven specialist to look at issues/problems arising within the FX helpdesk/desktop support space to analyse and implement better processes to ensure higher efficiency going forward.
The candidate will be looking at problems in which the technical staff on the FX trading floor deal with on a day to day basis and delve deep into ways that can improve the overall productiveness.
High grade Billing system knowledge is key!
Being able to drive new processes is an absolute must!
The candidate will need to have solid FX trading experience and billing system knowledge.
You must also carry excellent communication skills whilst being clear and concise in your approach to your work.
