Job Description Title: Master Data Management Coordinator

Summary: Perform the duties required for the supply chain data creation and maintenance (material data)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Executes the processes for raw and finished material introduction in SAP (selected candidates will be trained on these processes)
  • Provides support to commercial users in material area, including verification of materials, issue detection and troubleshooting, mass maintenance
  • Active participation in training to perform the daily activities presented below.

  • Proficiency confirmed by past supervisors and selection interviews by peers.

    Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Experience in the Food/Beverage industry a plus

    Language Ability
  • Ability to understand and memorize standard operating procedures, company policies and procedures
  • Ability to understand and be understood by non-native English speakers

    Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to define problems; collects data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to put issues in relation with others and to determine patterns
  • Ability to evaluate the issues in their context
  • Ability to synthesize and evaluate results, make recommendations.

    Computer Skills:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a proficiency in the use of Excel and MS Outlook
  • The individual must have proficiency in using keyboards
