The Finance Analyst will be responsible for CLAR reporting, forecasting and budgeting process, and provide ad-hoc support to the CLAR finance team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities Performance Analysis (30%) o Review monthly financial results for CLAR region. o Explain material variances from budgets, forecasts and prior year. o Perform monthly and ad hoc analyses of Production Margin of Key Products (MPG), Operating Expenses and other items as required. Forecasting (25%) o Consolidate the markets forecast submission to prepare the CLAR submission to Finance. o Consolidate submission on financial KPI and analysis to support score card submission o Perform ad hoc analyses of Running Rate and Need-To-Meet for key lines of the P&L, and validation of relevant Balance Sheet accounts (when applicable) o Prepare monthly slides and summaries for quarterly business reviews and CLAR LT. Budgeting/Operating Plan (25%) o Support the CLAR HQ team through the budgeting process. o Consolidate submission from the markets Other Financial/Analytical Support and Special Projects (20%) o Develop trend-based warning systems to identify and implement contingency measures to protect the CLAR P&L. o Assist in the evaluation of the MtM initiative. o Assist the CLAR finance team with special analyses on incremental investments and Business Development initiatives.

NEEDED CORE COMPETENCIES Ability to simultaneously perform numerous tasks, to work independently on designated projects and to perform under tight deadlines Education: BS and MBA or equivalent preferred. 3 to 5 years experience in a financial/accounting position Excellent written and oral communications skills Detail oriented Computer literacy and aptitude to work on system based financial applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (knowledge of Macro design a plus) and PowerPoint
